Maestrale house is a comfortable three-room apartment which is 30 meters from the beautiful beach of Isola Rossa. One of its strengths is the large terrace with sea view, teak floor, 3x4 umbrella, table, chairs, sun loungers. The living area consists of a living room with complete kitchenette, table and chairs, flat screen TV, a comfortable sofa that turns into a double bed, free wifi, air conditioning. The house has 6 total beds. In the bedroom there is a double bed and air conditioning. A further bedroom has 2 single beds, which can eventually be converted into a double. There are also ceiling fans in the bedrooms. Maestrale has a bathroom with shower. In the common areas of Li Rosi Marini at your disposal washing machines, outdoor showers also with hot water, barbecue.

All rates are per apartment (6 people), per night. The following services are included: free WIFI (up to 7 Mbps), independent heating/air conditioning, towels and linen, kitchenette with oven, fridge. Everything necessary for the daily rearrangement is included. Some spaces or tools are shared with the other guests of Li Rosi Marini: outdoor showers, washing machines, wi-fi.

Cancellation policy

To receive a full refund of the daily price, the guest must cancel the reservation within 48 hours of making it and at least 30 full days before the local check-in time indicated on the site (shown in the confirmation email) . If the guest makes a cancellation within 30 days from the check-in date, they will be entitled to a refund equal to 50% of the reservation. The costs incurred for the booking service are non-refundable.

Special cancellation policies:

If you have already booked your holiday we offer you the possibility to change the dates by checking with us the availability, both for 2020 and for 2021. Eventually you can cancel your booking, for justifiable reasons COVID19, with full refund.

Staff Training:

All the staff is trained to be able to better manage all aspects of your holiday. It will be equipped with gloves and masks, so as to be able to take care of each guest in the maximum respect of the allowed distance.

Extraordinary measures:

We are implementing extraordinary measures to guarantee you a relaxing holiday in maximum safety.

In all houses:

at your disposal: - Kit with mask and antibacterial gel for each guest. - At home shampoo, shower gel, soap and antibacterial products.
